These Self Supporting Filters are medium to high efficiency extended surface self-supporting Pocket (bag) filters made of super fine synthetic (Polyester) filter media. The progressive density multi-layered fibre arrangement offers excellent filtration performance combined with very high dust holding capacity. This filter is ideal for air conditioning systems in Hospitals, Pharmaceutical plants, food processing plants, electronic manufacturing facilities etc. Available with a unique aerodynamic design is also available for air intake applications like gas turbines, diesel generators and for spray painting plants.

Media Features & Technical Details

These self-supporting bag filters are made up of superior grade synthetic filter media, multi-layered having progressive density fibre arrangement. The three stage fibre arrangement ahs a first layer which act as a pre-filter to the micro fibre second layer and the third layer supports the media fibres. This results in high dust holding capacity, low pressure drop and longer lifetime. The rigid pockets are formed by welded construction and aerodynamic design. The pockets are mechanically fastened to heavy duty corrosive-resistant metal frame. Fully incinerable version with plastic frames are available on request.
